Oh, yes! Bacon is a delicious addition and I do add it as well. Ground beef is also a good addition for a super protein meal!

Not a lot bothers us, thankfully, but I still find that soaking the beans breaks down the enzymes enough for us to enjoy a big ‘ole bowl or two without smelly gas πŸ™‚
